Peterburgsky Traktorny Zavod JSC founded in 1801. Traditions of tractor construction industry begin in 1924. Since that moment the plant have produced over 600,000 tractors of various capacities. At present the plant is producing about 3,000 tractors with capacity of 240–420 h.p. on the area of 200,000 sq. meters. Almost 70% of tractor elements are produced in the plant shops: axles, gearboxes, frames, cabins, cast components, electric parts
